David W. Hill, Chief Financial Officer, is a proven executive leader adept in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, value creation, corporate strategy, capital efficiency, and exit strategy execution. Prior to joining CQuentia, David served as Managing Director of Mariner Capital Advisors leading the firm’s M&A practice. He also directed the Investment Banking practice at Triple A Partners, LLC and was co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BancAssets, LLC, offering syndicated corporate loans through a national network of financial institutions. David was Managing Director of the Corporate Advisory Services Group at Monroe Moxness Berg, P.A., serving franchise, multi-unit retail, and healthcare clients. He also served as advisor and Managing Director for a multi-billion-dollar family office investing in real estate, hospital operations, healthcare services, and SaaS technology, among other sectors. Cumulatively, David has advised transactions in the middle-market aggregating over $5.0 billion. Early in his career, he served in corporate finance positions with Dell Computer and Applied Materials. He began his 30-year career conducting M&A due diligence and integrating acquired bank operations for Bank of America. David received a Bachelor of Science in International Trade & Economics from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Economics from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He holds FINRA securities licenses Series 79 and Series 63.
